The game
Nimo is a collection of logic puzzles. You can play as a guest, or sign in to save your progress online. We may add, change or remove features, puzzles and events over time.
Your account
- Keep the email address or Google account you sign in with safe. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- One person per account. Don't share, sell or trade accounts.
- Choose a kind name. We may change or hide names that are rude, hateful or pretend to be someone else.
Fair play
Don't cheat, use bots or modified apps, exploit bugs, or interfere with our servers or other players. If you do, we may reset progress, remove rewards, hide you from the rankings, or suspend your account or device.
Coins, items and purchases
- Coins, hints, themes, outfits, music and other items give you a limited right to use them in Nimo. They have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money and can't be transferred.
- Purchases are made through Google Play (or the App Store) and follow their refund rules. Subscriptions such as Infinity renew until you cancel them in the store; deleting your Nimo account doesn't cancel them.
- If you delete your account, everything on it, including items you bought, is erased once the 30-day wait is over.
Our content
Nimo's puzzles, art, music and code belong to us or our licensors. Don't copy, sell or share them outside the game. Fonts and other third-party parts are used under their own licenses.
Availability
We work hard to keep Nimo running, but it's provided "as is". The servers sometimes go down for maintenance, and we can't promise the game will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Ending
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time (Settings › Delete account). We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or if we have to stop running Nimo. If we shut Nimo down, we'll tell you in the game first.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and tell you in the game about important changes. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. This doesn't take away rights you have under the laws where you live. Questions: support@sabinex.app.
